Our team was originally composed of dedicated high school students with a deep understanding of their peers' interests, designing surveys and polls that accurately capture student perspectives. To maximize our impact, we work closely with experienced school counselors, district officers, and AI professionals who serve as advisors, ensuring that our solutions are scientifically grounded, insightful, and meaningful.

Responsibility (CEO): responsible for the overall strategy of the organization, acting as the face of the organization, overseeing the executive leadership team, and ensuring alignment among all functions

Board Director, COO (New York University, Mathematics major)
Responsibility: responsible for end-to-end operations, from survey design, distribution, and collection, to managing internal resources, logistics, and processes
Ethan (Yushen) Li
VP of Engineering (University of Washington, CS major)
Responsibility: coordinates with the CTO and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the website, database, AI platform, and other engineering components

Responsibility: coordinates with the COO and is responsible for designing surveys

Responsibility: responsible for the organization’s financial health and sustainable growth, managing budget and financial planning, managing cost structure and fundraising efforts
